Angelica Aparicio is a business developer brings over 10 years of experience in institutional fundraising and project development, with a focus on seeds, climate justice, and local value chains. At Oxfam Novib, she works closely with smallholder farmers and grassroots organizations to develop impactful partnerships and manage donor relationships. Her strength lies in building collaborative networks that amplify the power of locally led initiatives.

Angelica holds a degree in Political Science, along with master’s degrees in Human Rights and Development Studies. She is passionate about agrobiodiversity, agroecology, and transforming food systems from the ground up.
