Hilton Mbozi is a Roving Technical Advisor in the Seeds program under the Climate Resilient Communities Unit at Oxfam Novib. He supports the implementation of Participatory Plant Breeding and Local Food Plants Farmer Field Schools, working closely with partners and farming communities.
Hilton brings over 20 years of experience in farmer-led research and community-based agricultural development. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Development Studies from the Women’s University in Africa, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Community Development from Chinhoyi University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture from the Zimbabwe Open University.
