Climate change continues to affect Uganda’s food system and nutrition security for small holder farmers. Oxfam Uganda, PELUM, ESAFF and CIDI support female farmers and their communities on farmer managed seeds systems and agro ecology, scale up agroecology advocacy, improve seed legislation, and integrate gender approaches in all interventions. A land and conflict assessment will also be conducted in Cultivating Change districts.
