Nowar Rahmouni is Oxfam’s Communications Lead, overseeing various channels and coordinating content creation across the team, partners, and allies. She brings extensive experience in communications and community engagement from her work with several international NGOs. Her background includes digital marketing, social media content creation, and building strong local and international networks.

Nowar studied Communication Arts – Radio & TV at the Lebanese International University, where she developed her passion for storytelling and media production. She is a skilled public speaker and storyteller who enjoys visual storytelling and has experience in photography, videography, and producing documentaries on social issues.

Alongside her communications work, Nowar brings entrepreneurial experience, having managed projects from inception to completion. She has also contributed to successful fundraising efforts, participating in strategic discussions and helping secure funds for various initiatives. Her collaborative approach has led to meaningful partnerships on a variety of local and international projects.
